Lists others add to
Share a shopping list by link, so friends or flatmates add what they'd like you to buy.
What those with the link do
Anyone with the link adds items, without an account: they type what it is, the amount and the unit, and press “Add to list” (signed in: “Save”).
Guests give their name and can't see or change their items once they are added. Signed-in Greezy users see and change their own items there and keep the list under “Shared with you”.
- A list takes items through its link while it has fewer than 500.
What you see
You see everything on the list itself. Items from guests and from people outside your family carry a badge with who added them, and stay apart even when they are the same thing. You can change or remove any of them.
When you order the list, the overview adds up what each person's items cost, so you can ask them for it (see the guide on payments).
Let them search your shops
In the share window, “Shop search for visitors” lets those with the link search the shops you connected and add products as their items. They see products and prices only: not your cart, orders or account, and they can't order anything. They also see about what their items cost.
- It searches with the logins of the family member who turned it on, while they are in your family.
- A link searches 30 times a minute at most, so a busy list may ask its visitors to wait a moment.
What their items cost
While “Shop search for visitors” is on, those who add items see about what they cost: products picked in your shops' search with their price, other items with the first product a shop finds with every word of the item's name. It is an estimate: the real price may differ.
Only whoever added an item sees its estimate there. When you order the list, the overview shows what each person's picks cost.
Stop sharing
Press “Share” on the list and then “Delete link”. The link stops working, also for those who keep the list under “Shared with you”. What they added stays on your list. Sharing again makes a new link.
