Getting your money back
Ask those who added to your shared list for their share: by PayPal, bank transfer, Wero or e-mail.
When Greezy offers it
When others added items to your list through its share link, the order page's overview shows “Per person”: what each person's picks cost. Next to everyone but you, buttons ask them for the money, until the products go to the shops.
Save how you want to be paid
- Open “Account” and find “Payment details”.
- Fill in what you use: your PayPal.Me name, your IBAN with the account holder's name, your Wero phone number or e-mail address and, if you like, the link of your Wero QR code.
- Press “Save”.
Good to know
- Only those you ask see these details.
- The account holder's name has to be the one your bank has: the payer's bank compares it with the IBAN.
Ask someone for their share
- In the overview, press the button of the way they should pay; on a phone, “Ask for share”.
- Check the amount: it is an estimate, so change it once you know the real price.
- Copy or share the text, or let them scan the QR code.
The ways to pay
- PayPal: a link to your PayPal.Me page with the amount filled in; they pay you as friends and family.
- “Bank transfer”: a QR code (GiroCode) that their banking app reads to fill in the transfer; “Copy bank details” copies the details.
- Wero: they send the money to your phone number or e-mail address in Wero or their banking app. With the link of your Wero QR code saved, Greezy shows a QR code with the amount.
Ask by e-mail
“E-mail” sends them the amount with all the ways you saved, QR codes included; their reply comes to your e-mail address. For guests, type their address. For Greezy users, leave it empty to send it to their account's address, which you don't see.
You can send 10 such e-mails an hour.
